No surge mystery fees. The math is the same math I quote everyone:
- $175 diagnostic for new customers ($225 standard). I come out, find the actual fault and tell you what it takes.
- $150/hr labor, 1.5-hour minimum, portal-to-portal.
- Emergency / after-hours: 1.5× the standard labor rate. You'll know before I roll.
Typically 33–50% under what the corporate shops charge, with OEM-first parts.
How an Emergency Call Works
- Text or call with the brand, model, and what it's doing. Photos of the unit and any error code help a lot.
- You get a real ETA from me, the person actually driving over. If I can't make it fast enough, I'll say so instead of stringing you along.
- I diagnose before I swap parts. Real diagnostics, not guess-and-swap. That's usually the difference between one visit and three.
- OEM-first repair, safety-checked, and your line is back.
